Return shipment
In principle, you can return an order. This will have to be stated, within our term of 14 days after receipt, by posting an e-mail question on our website with the helpdesk and stating the order number. You will then receive an e-mail with the statement that the product can be returned, with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipment
After you have placed your order and made the payment, the order is processed as soon as possible and sent by UPS service. You will receive a conformation of the order and as soon as UPS has picked up the order from us, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so you can trace your order.
